Personal Training Sessions
If you are new to working out or have specific exercise needs, we recommend that you meet with a personal trainer weekly for one-on-one instruction.

The below training packages are to be used in one months' time:
- 4 sessions: Meet once a week
- 8 sessions: Meet twice a week
- 12 sessions: Meet three times a week
